My Yoga Journey Teacher Training teaches the skills required to become effective, confident and inspirational teachers of yoga. Students are encouraged to develop their own style of yoga and focus on their intentions for their future - where and who they will be teaching.
As well as teaching the practical skills and knowledge that will enable students to teach yoga in a variety of environments and set up their own classes, students will refine their own practice and explore other aspects of yoga; including mindfulness, pranayama and meditation.
We believe that teaching practice is the best way to gain confidence and develop the skills that will lead towards a successful and fulfilling career as a yoga teacher.

Due to the restrictions of Covid-19 we HAVE DELAYED THE START DATE TO JANUARY 2021 and have adapted the syllabus to reflect the need for new skills and knowledge to support trainees to adapt to the changing landscape and seek out new opportunities to share the benefits of yoga with the wider community.

EASY START
With access to quality online training, mentoring and support, we are able to offer suitable applicants the opportunity to start the course after acceptance and enrolment on the course. This means trainees are able to start their studies and progress at their own rate.

Our aims
  • To teach, develop and encourage students to become professional yoga teachers
  • To provide practical knowledge and experience of the physical aspects of yoga to ensure students are equipped to teach, manage and promote yoga to the wider population in a safe and effective manner
  • To introduce students to the history, philosophy and different styles of yoga to encourage further development and knowledge in these areas.
