About Yoga Classes
Develop your interest in yoga classes and experience harmonising breath with movement.
Learn more about yoga and experience the benefits, which include increased physical strength, flexibility and increased range of movement.
Encourage the body to find stability and ease in yoga poses (asana)
Free your mind from stress and tension, as you develop a regular practise.
Our classes introduce principles of restorative yoga and include relaxation at the end of the class.
Suitable for all levels – from beginner to intermediate – and for anyone who would like to reduce stress, recover from injury or improve physical performance.

About Yoga Tone
Discover the joy of yoga in this flowing class, where yoga poses are connected and repeated to develop muscle strength and improve alignment.
We up the pace and work through a range of movements, ensuring the whole body is stretched, energised and balanced.
Yoga Tone works on core strength, stability and focuses on toning supporting muscles in yoga poses (asana).  No previous knowledge of yoga is required and many find this an enjoyable addition to their regular yoga practise.
Suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness who would like to develop strength, increase range of movement, improve coordination and have fun!
