YOGA CLUB - NEW FOR 2021!
Last Sunday in the month. An opportunity to deepen practice and learn more about other aspects of yoga in this longer session. We will focus on topics that will help us explore the history and philosophy of yoga, consider different styles of yoga and have the opportunity to experience a deeper, longer relaxation.
An introduction and exploration of Yin Yoga.
Chair yoga for all!

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING 2021-2022 
We are welcoming applications for the next Teacher Training Course - scheduled to start October 2021 This will be offered with our 'Fast Start' option which facilitates early access to the course, allowing you to start your studies following your acceptance and enrolment on the course.
Our courses are constantly updated and now include training on offering online, outdoor and one-to-one classes. As life evolves and we face new challenges, our aim is to keep you supported, prepare you for the 'new world' and help you move forward into sharing the benefits of yoga during this turbulent, unpredictable time.  
​We are also again offering financial assistance to applicants working within the NHS, Armed Forces, education and community support.
