Designed to provide softer support than traditional yoga blocks, the My Yoga Journey Restorative Yoga Block absorbs body weight and gently cradles the head or body.  The block can be used during restorative practices, relaxation and asana to support and cushion joints.  It is particularly useful for anyone who would benefit from softer support to joints due to injury, arthritis or other conditions.  The washable cotton cover has velcro fasteners for easy removal for washing.
